Wind delivery system

The air channel is supported on the ground through the tripod, and the fan is installed on the upper part of the air channel. The air inlet of each fan is equipped with an air filter to prevent the dust from being blown into the bottle. main features

1. In addition to the foot, hanging bottle board and other plastic, nylon parts, the rest are made of stainless steel AISI304. Its structure form is imitation of imported equipment form.

2. The fan air inlet is equipped with an air filter to prevent the dust from being blown into the bottle.

3. The air channel at the inlet end is an adjustable joint interface. When changing the shape of the bottle, the height of the bottle feeder and the whole air channel are not adjusted, but only the height of the inlet end can be adjusted.

4. The bottle inlet end is equipped with a bottle removal mechanism, which is driven by the cylinder. When the stuck bottle is blocked at the inlet end of the air supply channel, the mechanism will automatically eliminate the blocked bottle to prevent the damage to the bottle tally machine caused by squeezing the bottle.

5. There are two sets of photoelectric switches near the feeding end of the bottle machine. When the air channel bottles arrange the first set of switches, the bottle machine runs from high speed to medium speed; when the second set of switches, the bottle machine stops running. When the bottle leaves the second set of switches, the bottle machine starts and maintains the medium speed; when the bottle leaves the first set of switches, the bottle machine accelerates from the medium speed to the set speed.

6. There is a bottle discharge mechanism near the bottle end. The mechanism is driven by a cylinder, where the bottles in the air channel can be discharged.

7. The bottle outlet is equipped with a cylinder cylinder, which can be controlled manually or through the photoelectric switch on the air channel. The agency prevents bottles in the air channel from entering three bottles of installation.
