Automatic bottle blower is a two-step automatic bottle blowing equipment, used for PET, PP plastic bottle blank forming processing. It can blow a variety of geometric pure water bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetic bottles, large caliber bottles and other packaging containers. This machine adopts advanced microcomputer control system with stable performance and the conveyor. Using far infrared lamp heating, strong penetration, rotation heating, uniform heating, fast and reliable. The width and height of the lamp reflection plate in the heating area can be adjusted to accommodate the cylinder heating of different structures, and there is an automatic heating device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying channel. The locking part adopts mechanical double curved arm locking mode, supercharging locking mode, to ensure that the mode shifting (blast mode) phenomenon does not appear under high pressure. The air design is divided into two parts: action and blowing. The production process is fully automated. It has the advantages of high efficiency, convenient operation, simple maintenance and safety.This line widely used as Food & Beverage Machinery and Pharmaceutical Machinery.
