DXGF18-18-6 is o pressure filling machine is based on the introduction of foreign advanced technology, digestion and absorption of advanced technology, according to China's beverage canning process requirements, innovative development of an advanced level of filling equipment, it is mainly used for soda, coke, soda and other steam beverage filling. This type is suitable for PET bottles, plastic cover. Bottle washing, filling and sealing in one machine, high degree of automation, convenient operation, using PLC control. The filling valve adopts built-in fluid mechanical valve, which is convenient for equipment cleaning, improves the filling speed, effectively reduces the turning phenomenon of gas beverage filling and ensures the stability of the equipment and filling level accuracy and other technical indicators.




2. Filling process

The product, mixture, compressed gas and return gas medium to be filled are delivered to the filling equipment through the respective feed pipe and material distribution pipe inlet. The empty bottle is fed to the filling machine by the feeding conveyor belt through the feeding screw and positioned on the bottle holder of the filling machine lifting device. The bottle holder was lifted and pressed with the filling valve. During lifting, check for bottles on the tray. If available, the filling process begins and the bottle is filled with a gas drink. If there is no bottle, the corresponding valve remains closed. After filling, the bottle holder is lowered, and the filled bottle is sent to the press through the transmission wheel of the press bench. The bottle bottle is transmitted from the bottle star wheel to the bottle conveyor belt.

3. Filling

During filling, the cylinder rises and runs smoothly and reliably at high speed. The compressed air is connected to the lifting cylinder through the intake distributor. When working, the compressed air injects the cylinder A cavity through the injection pipe to make the cylinder rise upward. After the bottle mouth rises, the filling valve is opened and the filling begins. When the filling set liquid level is reached, the return port of the filling valve is blocked by the material, and the filling is finished. Then the cylinder drops under the action of pulling down the cam, and then the gas in the B chamber is discharged through the exhaust screws.



4. Cover

After filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transmission star wheel. The stop knife on the capping machine catches the bottleneck part, and together with the outer bottleneck plate, keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head rotates and rotates under the drive of the main shaft of the capping machine. Under the action of the cam, it can grasp the cover, cover the cover, spin the cover and remove the cover, completing the whole sealing process. The cover head adopts a magnetic constant torque device. When the rotary cover head is removed through the subcap plate, the top cover supports the cover to ensure the correct position of the cover in the rotary cover mold and ensure the quality of the cover. When the cover is completed, the cover head overcomes the magnetic slip and will not damage the bottle cap, and the cap rod will push the cover out of the cover mold when the cover head rises. The cap plate transmits power through the pin wheel and the cap head to ensure that its movement is synchronized with the cap machine. The bottle cap enters the cap plate through the cap channel, and then the cap transfers the cap head to the cap separately according to the working station.


5. Cover device

The lid is transported to the cover device through the upper lid, and the lid enters the lid through the back cover recovery device. When the lid is opened down, the lid is transferred from the lid into the back tube through the reverse cover recovery device and returned to the lid cover device. A photoelectric detection switch is provided in the cover channel between the cover device and the cover disinfection machine and the main machine, and the start and stop of the cover device is controlled by the accumulation of the cover on the cover channel.
