1. Processing equipment

1. CNC lathe and machining center each two, effectively ensure the machining accuracy and consistency of parts, good interchangeability.

2. CNC bending machine- -to ensure the accuracy of complex workpieces and the consistency of large workpieces.

3. Automatic CNC laser cutting machine- -all precision and irregular shape plate materials are processed in this machine.

4. Car, milling, planing, grinding, boring, drilling, bending plate, welding equipment is all available, can meet the needs of beverage packaging machinery parts processing.

5. Large sandblasting equipment, sandspraying carbon steel and its welding parts before painting, can remove internal stress and increase paint adhesion.

6. The use of high precision cutting process is conducive to the comprehensive implementation of computer-aided manufacturing to ensure quality and efficiency.

7. Using precision material analyzer and advanced Casting equipment, with the world's leading technology mianna cast iron (MEEHANITE) to manufacture parts. Mihan sodium cast iron structure has excellent tissue stability, long service life and permanent accuracy of machine parts.

2. Quality control

1. All products are fully implemented CAD computer-aided design.

2. The company through the ISO9000:2000 version of the quality system certification, the production of each link in strict accordance with the procedures.

3. Parts from processing to assembly of each process are specially equipped with parts turnover box, so that the whole turnover process of parts are not landing.

4. The filling valve, rotary cover head and other main parts are processed on the CNC lathe and machining center, and assembled in the special assembly room to ensure the assembly accuracy and the cleanliness of the parts.

5. Product accessories are using the world famous brand and domestic well-known brand products.

6. Each whole machine must run for 120 hours before leaving the factory, and is allowed to be delivered to the user after passing the joint inspection.

7. The main technologies of the equipment are all from Germany, France and Italy.

3. Technological innovation

1. The company adopts stainless steel table panel hole tensile structure, with O-ring sealing, so that the leakage of all bearing seats and support shaft on the table may be reduced to zero. Overcomes the corrosion of disinfectant penetration on bearings.

2. The company's flip-over bottle holder, the bottle clamp stuck in the bottleneck area, to avoid the traditional rubber clip of the bottle holder. The bottle holder is made of stainless steel, and it is sanitary and durable.

3. The company adopts the flushing nozzle lifting mechanism, the nozzle is inserted into the bottle for flushing, to achieve the best flushing effect and minimize the amount of sterile water. More to adapt to the production needs of large bottles.

4. The company adopts the equipment surface disinfectant spray sterilization system, which can regularly conduct surface sterilization on the bottle clip, dial wheel, filling valve, rotary cover head, etc.

Production Line Design Overview

1. Water design: RO reverse osmosis membrane (Hyde energy) is adopted, the designed water consumption is about 3 tons / hour (2 tons / hour for filling and mixing water, cleaning water is about 1 ton / hour), and the pretreatment water is 6 tons;

2. Blow bottle design: can use the bottle blowing machine or outsourcing

3. Filling design: using the three-in-one washing, irrigation and sealing unit

4. Rated production capacity: 3000 BPH (calculated at 500ml)

5. Delivery mode: empty bottle: stainless steel air delivery channel
