The structure of the electric heating mixing tank is mainly composed of tank, tank lid, mixer, support, transmission device, shaft seal device, heat transfer device, etc. The structure of the electric heating mixing tank is not much different from the structure of the standard mixing tank, but only the jacket, electric heating pipe and some valve accessories are added. Operating procedure for electric heated mixing tank:

1. Before the use of the electric heating mixing tank: check whether the tank, agitator, rotating part, auxiliary equipment, indicator instrument, safety valve, pipeline and valve meet the safety requirements.

2. Electric heating mixing tank in use: before adding the mixer, add the material to the Reactor, the quantity of feeding shall not exceed the process requirements. Before opening the steam valve, open the return valve, and then open the air valve. Open the steam valve should be preheated slowly, so that the jacket, and gradually increase the pressure, the pressure in the jacket should not exceed the specified value. The steam valve and the cooling valve cannot be started at the same time, and the steam pipe should not hammer and collide when passing through the gas. When opening the cooling water valve, open the return valve and then drive into the water valve. Water ring vacuum Pump should first turn on the pump and then provide water supply. When the pump is stopped, stop the pump and remove the water in the pump, check the operation of the mixing tank at any time, and stop the abnormal operation for maintenance.

3. Electric heating mixing tank after use: stop stirring, cut off the power supply, close the various valves. The pressure mixing tank must be given regular technical inspection according to the pressure vessel requirements.
